1. WELCOME GUIDE
Here you can find the WELCOME GUIDE FOR THE APARTMENT WITH DIRECTIONS, RULES & TIPS! Please read ALL the rules to enjoy your stay! I usually do the check in personally but If I have working meetings I'll give you the contact of the person in charge. Please feel free to contact me any time before and during your stay.

2. MANDATORY REGISTRATION
THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT AND MANDATORY: for the Touristic Law in Barcelona, I will need you to fill out the form that you can download in the buttons below with your personal information because I have to forward it to the local Police Department. The signature is not mandatory. I will need ONE PDF for EACH person that stays at the apartment so please forward it to all the people you will travel with. You can easily fill it out adding text to it in a word .doc or a PDF Acrobat Reader, just choose one format.
If you need any help filling out the form please do not hesitate to contact me. If you are traveling with someone who is between 16 or younger I will need a scanned copy of his ID or Passport or Libro de Familia. If a guest under 16 years of age doesn’t have a document, I will need a letter with a responsible declaration that the parent, tutor or the person is traveling with a child.

In the bottom section of the document you can read the Instructions to fill in the form.
YOU DON'T HAVE TO SEND ME COPIES OF YOUR PASSPORTS IF YOU ARE AN ADULT.
